Plot
The Incredibles (2004) follows the Parr family, who live in a world where superheroes have been forced into hiding due to public backlash. Bob Parr, formerly known as Mr. Incredible, struggles with his mundane suburban life and misses his glory days. His wife Helen, formerly Elastigirl, and their children—Violet, Dash, and baby Jack-Jack—also possess superpowers. Bob secretly takes on a mysterious job that rekindles his heroic spirit but lands him in trouble when he discovers it’s a trap set by the villain Syndrome, a former fan turned enemy. The entire Parr family must come together, embracing their powers and teamwork to defeat Syndrome, who aims to eradicate all superheroes. In the process, they learn the importance of family unity and the value of their unique abilities. The film concludes with the family ready to embrace their superhero identities once more, united and stronger than ever.
