Plot

In Dune Part One (2021), set in a distant future, humanity has spread across the galaxy, relying on a spice called “melange” for interstellar travel and mental abilities. Young nobleman Paul Atreides, heir to House Atreides, is thrust into a dangerous power struggle when his family is tasked with overseeing the desert planet Arrakis, the only source of melange.
